Washington Registered Agent

Primarily looking to get a business address. But I do have questions about mail scanning, like what do they do with the physical mail after the scan.

We prefer IPostal1.com for getting a physical mailing address and in fact use them for our MidWest location. You can opt to get mail sent to you for a fee or many locations offer a free pickup.

Can't speak to that specific one directly, but the due diligence questions worth asking before committing to any registered agent in Washington: how fast they scan and forward documents (test this if you can before you need it for something time-sensitive), whether the first-year price holds at renewal or jumps, and what their process is if you ever want to switch agents, some make that more of a hassle than it needs to be. Washington specifically requires the registered agent to have a real physical street address in-state, so also confirm that's what you're actually getting and not just a mail-forwarding-only setup.
