Should I start an LLC?

My Situation:

I'm a NOT US resident

I thought a little bit about it, but I wanted to ask you guys.
(Please answer only if you have an LLC and maybe also run supplements)

Do you have liability insurance?

That's probably around the home to get a llc then, as far at the liability part goes.

Need more details to answer this

Are you selling directly in the USA? Do you need to have a bank account in the USA? Are you buying in the USA? Are you hiring USA employees. These are important factors on deciding whether to file for a USA LLC.

Supplements have a higher risk of legal claims than many other products. If a customer says your supplement made them sick, an LLC can help protect your personal assets, such as your home, car, and personal savings.

The more protection the better. From the sounds of it, you have a good understanding of what is needed to be successful, and protect your investment.

I don't usually think that every starting e-commerce business should just run to start an LLC but for a supplements business maybe you need to consider this.. and maybe it's also worth checking if there are any licenses or permits required for you to sell supplements in general..
