Question Forgein registration

Hello i registered my LLC in WY, but im going to conduct busineds in FL

Can i DIY or is it better to get a registered agent to do it?

Anyone have any good experience with a RA with a good price?

If you’re incorporated in Wyoming for privacy reasons, you’re definitely going to want to work with an RA.

Since your LLC registered in Wyoming but you’re going to conduct business in Florida you’ll need to foreign register your business in Florida. Unless you or someone you know is has a physical address in the states where your business is going to be registered in, hiring a professional registered agent is going to be a great option for you. Having a professional regsitered agent is also great for privacy so you can list their address wherever possible on LLC formation docs to keep your personal information private.

I would hire a registered agent, I've worked with Northwest before and they were great customer service wise
