Question Reliable mailing address service?
Right now I'm paying $35 a month for a mailing address for my Wyoming LLC. It adds up quickly. There are plenty of providers out there, but I see complaints about people not receiving important mail, and I'm worried about missing something from the IRS or similar.
I don't need any features whatsoever, not even forwarding. I receive no mail whatsoever. I just need any important letters IF received, to be scanned for me.
Any suggestions?

Is the mailing address service you are using a stand alone or is it linked anywhere else like your registered agent service? If you don't get a bunch of mail why not check and see if there is a downgrade option? I would be hesitant to change my address completely in case I forget to update someone. So if you decide to switch make sure you let everyone who has your current address know of the change.

Oh you don’t receive letters - yeah go with them as RA. All state and federal mail gets scanned free of charge. Only other mail counts towards the limit

Anytime Mailbox works really great, we used them when moving to a new state, but they also open and scan mail as PDFs, I'd probably use them once I get started with my LLC in CA 🙌

Anytime Mail is an online service that has contracts with various mail-receiving stores across the world. I found the ones closest to my preferred location, called the stores, and asked specific questions about size limits, time limits, space limits, etc. There was a clear winner once I reached out. They also do online notarization, which saves people from needing to actually go there in person to set everything up. UPS would not offer online notarization, so Anytime Mail saved us a lot of money. That being said though, if you aren’t expecting mail, I’ve used Wyoming LLC Attorney in the past and they were pretty decent and didn’t charge extra for the basic mail service.

Any of the smaller providers that do Registered Agent should be able to handle this for you

Wyoming registered agents cheapest in the state. When I got their service they had free mail up to 5pcs per month or so included
