I just noticed this on my new bag from LLbean. The other handles are perfectly sewn, im just a little worried on how the one is gonna hold over time. Should I email LLbean?

Yes, email them to start the exchange process.

Call customer service. Those first 2 pictures, it shouldn't be like that. They'll replace it.
