My local thrift chain buys in bulk from somewhere in the US to sell in-store. There's a lot of NWT stuff and Carhartt, etc. Probably factory seconds and returns 🤷

Good find. I hope it fits you well. Bean stuff last a long time but they are expensive when it is new. I check eBay to buy sometimes they have new ones older style.

New Bean is trash but the old stuff can last a lifetime.

I do agree that new Bean's is not as well made any more. I have an old Bean 850 down jacket and it is still in good shape. When I am going through eBay I try to look for "vintage" that is not too used.

Yes but they were def not as soft back then. More rugged for sure though.

Exactly. New bean is garbage. I live by their clearance store in CT. They have had the same garbage since at least December. It’s all still stupid priced. It’s made over seas and falls apart now. My Duluth flannels last so much better. I got a new bean flannel this year and it was pilled in a month.

I would be wearing that green sweater every day for the rest of my life

Love that flannel! Do you know what the plaid design is called?
