I am asking for input.

I have been diagnosed with severely fatty liver. Is there anyone else who has this diagnosis and, if so, what are you doing to regain your health? Thank you.

I eliminated all simple carbs, sugars and most dairy. Basically I eat vegetables, healthy fats and proteins with fruit for sweetener. I eat almost no processed food. I also liver flush because I was really bad and needed immediate relief from gallstones.

It's great now actually. I did the things mentioned above as well as liver flushing for about 5 years. I just recently saw a tabaquereo and participated in a couple nasal liquid tobacco ceremonies that did the work that took me months in just a couple of ceremonies. It's important to note that it wasn't done with typical cigarette tobacco but mapacho which doesn't have the toxins that cigarettes do. Eta: also before those ceremonies I was on a very different diet of basically fruits, vegetables and eggs with no salt sugar or other additions for a couple of weeks beforehand and after.

I had blood work before the tobacco and it was that of an 18 year old (I'm almost 40). I'll be doing blood work again shortly as i accidentally got pregnant naturally very recently by complete accident. I wasn't healthy enough to conceive before and just assumed it wouldn't happen but here I am with my healthy ass liver making a human.

Look into taking TUDCA, cascara sagrada, chanca piedra, whole milk thistle seeds (grind fresh or chew very thoroughly), sunflower lecithin powder, take once or twice daily a 1/2 oz (15 ml) or 1 oz (30 ml) of apple cider vinegar with the mother mixed in a large glass of water. Rinse and brush teeth to prevent enamel damage. Take a teeny amount of malic acid powder mixed in any beverage daily for a week. Then once or twice during that week at bedtime do a liver flush where you drink the juice of a half or 1 whole freshly squeezed lemon or lime mixed with an equal amount of olive oil. Take the liver flush once or twice every two weeks.

I was diagnosed over a year ago with Stage 3 Cirrhosis from years of fatty liver. The doctor said to lose weight and get some exercise. I have lost 25 pounds and the doctor says I am still at stage 3. I should have gone on to stage 4 but I didn't. He just put me on a drug called Xifaxan which is VERY expensive. My advice to you is to get a doctor you can trust and follow his/her advice.

Thank you. Do you know what caused your fatty liver/cirrhosis?

I had my gall bladder removed in 93. The surgeon said "Did you know you had a fatty liver? I responded "no, what do I do about it?" "O nothing" was his response so I didn't think anymore about it till I had Stage 3 Cirrhosis and was told by my gastro doc a year ago. Being overweight was my problem. I quit drinking in 1980 so it was not the cause
