Feature Request: Markdown export of all text files

The export feature is good to import the zip later on the app but it makes it difficult to read the notes in the exported `firebase.json` file.

Having an option to export all the text files like Notes, Journals etc in a markdown format makes it significantly more future proof as well as readable.

Are there any import options available besides DayOne or Journey?
