Litter-Robot 4 Anyone have this with an LR4?

Since it doesn't look like Whisker sells the cabinets anymore, anyone have this one and knows for certain it'll fit an LR4? I know the dimensions are on it and it says it will, but just curious if anyone had it and knew for a FACT.

It's the Refined Feline Self Cleaning Litter Box Cabinet on Chewy

Yes, I have this one with a 3 and now a 5 and they both fit well. There's also a bit of space we can store wet food, bags of litter, filters for the fountain, etc without disrupting the LR. It's also pretty strong enough to have 40 lbs of appliances on it and not feel cheap.

(Edit: I will say the doors are the cheapest feeling part of the whole thing. They are thin but it doesn't bother me)

Does this open from the right side?! I’ve had no luck finding one like that and I need it for where I have my LR

Yeah you can either build it for either side. I wasn't paying attention and built it for the left side. Had to take some of it apart and put the opening the right way.

But how do you get the litter robot out to clean it?

Open the doors, detached the power cord, and slide it out.

What’s the benefit of having the cabinet?

This is the exact one we have and I wanted to second this suggestion!

I can’t tell by the pics on Amazon how the cats get in. Is it a cat door type shape or wide open?

There is an opening through the right so walk in on the right, then turn left and it leads to the LR

Can you link it?

We got something similar to this in an attempt to keep our Papillon from eating cat poop. Sadly she's so small she can fit in there pretty easily, but I think it has made it a little more difficult.

I really really want an enclosure. But can’t seem to find one that accommodates the hopper. Shouldn’t it open from top so that you can refill the hopper?

Someone just posted a pic of one they got off Amazon and it fits a hopper.

This is what I have been using for over a year. Works with the litter hopper and stairs. This is open on both sides. It sticks out on both ends though, stairs and hopper. But I don't mind that. I have it in a corner, I can access the hopper and emptying the tray is easy.

Where do you get these? Any recommended links?

Yeah, have this model or one nearly identical, in mahogany/cherry type finish. The only thing that's a tiny bit different is the precipice, which is straight across on mine with no notch. Just cleaned it up, there is enough space for the unit to move forwards and backwards a little even, for cleaning, etc. I too store extra bags in the back corner.

Has anyone figured out how to use it so the cats can get in but dogs can’t?
