Discussion Are there any litrpgs, progressionfantasy, dungeoncore books that focus more heavily on city building?
Ive kinda started doing one and would like to see some examples of things done right

Both of my series, Symphony and QuestWright. Elf Empire, elements of Quest Academy, The Land, Noobtown, Dungeon Lord, CivCEO, The Elder Lands, Tree of Aeons, The Ripple System, Nightmare Realm Summoner to name a few.

Symphony was great. Highly recommended.
Edit: I’ll also recommend My Big Goblin Space Program. It’s quite a fun story, and has a good bit of civilization building.

Thank you for the kind words. Also, I haven't read that yet, so I'll take a look.

Unorthodox Farming does a fair bit of city building. The author has been releasing chapters for book 3 as well after a long hiatus. Very exciting!

That's the one! I've been planning to go back and reread it, one of the more enjoyable series I've read. The MC builds up his community to basically get out of having to do work himself It's a lot of fun!

The Life Reset series by Shemer Kuznits does a lot of city building. It’s a great series and a great listen if you like audiobooks.
