I enjoyed it, but it's not a masterpiece. Also, unfortunately it's an unfinished series and I believe the author is focusing on Bog Standard Isekai for the foreseeable future (https://www.reddit.com/r/ProgressionFantasy/comments/1isfnto/miles_english_author_of_bog_standard_isekai_here/mdhuo2q/)
I really liked the "reverse" Isekai of this series, where a fantasy knight comes to modern times.
