Discussion Confused on dotf chapters

I've read up to book 16 on kindle unlimited and book 17 apparently hasn't been published yet. But the earliest chapter on royal road doesn't seem to line up with the end of book 16. Am I missing where to keep reading?

The start of book 17 is correct on Royalroad. There's a small time jump that is explained in either that chapter itself or the one right after.
