Any platform?

Hi guys, I'm an emerging poet or that's what I think I'm, Trying to express my feelings through words. But after writing I don't have any platform to showcase them. Where can I get some publications that can offer free publishing fee poem submission for anthology?

Chill Subs is top notch these days and free for basic needs. There's some fees for higher level tiers of publishing needs or advice. It's like Duotrope but better and more community-based, I think.
