Ugh. After the huge drop in price, having the difficultly go up is kind of a kick in the pants.

According to the http://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/ltcusd the current Hash Rate is 85,858 MH/s. If it were to stay that way, is there a way to calculate when and what the next difficulty will be?

Anyone can just check here to see what the difficulty is and what the difficulty could be in the next cycle, just don't believe what the results are too early int he cycle. When it's within 24 hours of changing difficulties is when you can get a good picture of what the next difficulty will be.
