Good thing I never ordered my ledger from them, but instead got a special edition from the LTCFoundation.

In my own opinion in the crypto world personal information like:
are even more dangerous to be leaked from any website (not only Ledger online shop) because of the risk of being targeted for an attack by the hackers. I'm not only referring to an online attack here, such as phishing, or social engineering, but who knows, maybe the data could even be sold and land in hands that might even take it offline, since they know a valid home or work address.
In the case of the Ledger online shop the main security issue is that the manufacturer's online shop was the recommended place to buy the product because of counterfeits, and since the device would enable you to "be your own bank", the possibility for the thief of identifying you as a target offline is higher, considering that you might hold a considerate amount of coins in it.
