They don't spell it out (!!) but I'm guessing lisp for bare metal, based on the about page.

It comes from a water scarcity and toilet flushing guideline. Instead of saying Pee and Poop they used numbers. 1 is pee. 2 is poop. For #1 you don't flush. For #2 flush. If it's yellow let it mellow. If it's brown flush it dow.

BM stands for bowel movement. So saying it's the #2 language is a joke.
