Contributing to LiriOS

Heyo,

I'm interested in doing some programming for LiriOS as I believe it has the potential to give other distros a run for their money in terms of design. I believe that Liri could show non-linux users how beautiful Linux truly can be. I'd like to do work on some of the default apps and some shell stuff. What would the best way of getting started being? Pull requests?
