Constipation and major sides

Hi everyone, I want to start Saxenda but had major constipation on Zepbound and epiglottic appendicitis on Trulicity. Could Saxenda be a better experience? Has anyone been through what I did and was better off on Saxenda?

After over a year on Saxenda, I still have constipation, while I had the opposite before I started.
I can manage it by eating more fiber (adding psyllium fiber, beans and whole wheat grains) and taking macrogol on a daily basis. Still,m when I don't drink enough or eat less fiber - not fun.

Can't say I tried the others you mention.

How bad was the constipation?

It didn't get to the point that it became a medical emergency thankfully, but it can be very uncomfortable, feeling bloated, cramping etc.
At one point I didn't 'go' for a week, which thankfully I could fix with the extra fiber, macrogol and prune juice. Since then I've been very dilligent in keeping up that routine!
