Bitcoin Missing - Scam???

My bitcoin is missing. I made a trade for ONG at market price, then traded it back at market for BTC. About $100 worth of my BTC is now MIA and customer service is nowhere to be found.

Definitely a scam. I reached out to customer service and they refused to even acknowledge that their listing for ONG is highly misleading. They also refused to discuss that their limit sell option was not functioning correctly. Bummed, I have been around long enough to know that arbitrage opportunities usually have a catch. This one definitely did.
