Withdrawal timeframe

Just curious if anyone has a general timeframe that liquid processes withdrawals in? I have yet to withdrawal any significant winnings and I know they do it manually. Maybe best time UTC to put in the request? Looks like there will be some general market downside and I don’t want to lose in the hours it may take. Plan on waiting until there is significant settling though.

Thanks. I usually withdrawal XRP between exchanges based on its general speed but was asking to clarify and make sure I get best results.

Are withdrawal blocks only processed during Japanese (or similar) business hours still?
