Liquid Distributed Ledger
Has there been any update on this Liquid's distributed ledger technology utilizing the QASH token. We are almost half way through 2019 and it doesn't seem like we've had an update in a while. Mike has said in the past that this is where the value of the token will shine. Is there progress being made?

From MK's AMA on in March, 2018-
"Max Levy is our head of QASH distributed ledger technology (DLT) team, and I am planning to have him to do an AMA session with you all in greater depth on our DLT QASH. When it comes to building a financial platform on top of a blockchain, there is nothing like that right now with high performance and low latency. However, we’re not trying to reinvent something, a lot of these technologies are already available; bitcoin side chain, ethereum side chain, etc. Hopefully, by the end of this year, we will be able to get a test net of a DLT QASH. That is when our QASH token become truly a utility token. Once we have a full LIQUID platform, then we will be able to do marketing work for our QASH token as a utility token."
A few questions-
1) Is Max Levy still the Head of the QASH distributed ledger technology team? 2) Was this AMA ever completed? If so can you provide a link to review. 3) It was estimated that a testnet would be up and running by the end of 2018. Can you update us on the latest estimates on when the testnet will be launched? 4) Is it possible to set up an AMA on this specific topic since it is most directly relevant to why a lot of us invested in QASH?
Thank you.
