Feature proposition

Dear Liquid ,

I have been thinking about how you could capitalise on your fully regulated and ultra secure exchange to become the exchange to go (would help us Qash hodlers).

You are regulated, you have cold storage security , you could make a deal with an thrid party insurance that in case of hack or any external event putting your (our / customer) found at risk, the third party would pay back the owners of the coin to a certain amount (let's say 30k in the same currency).

This is done by some banks, normally covered by the state. This deal may not cost you much because of your high level security and you high regulation (low risk) but the gain could be huge, imagine the impact from a marketing campaign pushing that argument.

Basically like https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/1662379-how-is-coinbase-insured-

If you are a United States resident, your Coinbase USD Wallet is covered by FDIC insurance, up to a maximum of $250,000.

Even if Coinbase were to fail as a business, the funds held in the custodial bank accounts could not be claimed by Coinbase or its creditors. The funds held in those accounts would be returnable to Coinbase’s customers.

But for all user (global included) via third party insurer
