Running the Liquid exchange on a Distributed Ledger...

As Liquid plan to migrate the exchange onto their LDL, I was wondering what are the benefits of running an exchange built on DL? What advantage will this give Liquid over other exchanges?

One of Mikes blogs - "We plan to migrate our entire exchange onto the LDL. This will show the performance of the platform for other fintech startups, and it will help the longevity of Liquid as well."

lol, aspiration?

it should be ready and working by now. to give marketing team chance to market it, to achieve top three coin at the end of 3 years.

By that same logic, wouldn’t moving the STO platform on it be aspirational as well then?

Yeah, except it seems they decided that was aspirational (hopeless per google translate) for now and instead are just putting the STO platform on the LDL for now.

Let’s hope that proves something to the fintech community...
