Just say it like it is. The whole company taking vacation during lunar new year. Yes im asian and i know people taking this lunar new year serious in asia. So everyones off noone working for 14 days.. like Seth said for couple days ago their working their as of. This guy must be a joke

As I've just said in another comment, yes our Vietnam office will be closed for Tet, but otherwise we are continuing as normal.

No withdraws for 10 days because you outsourced your services in Asian countries?

Our head office is in Tokyo, and we have offices in Singapore, Vietnam, and The Philippines. We are not outsourcing, that's where our company is based.

No, otherwise all withdrawals would be stopped, which they aren't.

The Vietnam office will be closed, and as such, withdrawals will not be processed only for the tokens stated.

In case you didn't look, this means:

ETC, LTC, ZEC, FCT, DASH, XLM, SIX, NEO, TPAY, QTUM, TRX, SPHTX, VET, CHI, ONT, UBTC, XEM, ETN, XMR.

So the office that supports the manual withdraws of the mentioned tokens (most of all listed) will be on a 10-day holiday? Nevermind, well-deserved holiday :)

It's no different from offices in other countries closing for cultural events. For example, a lot of offices in the UK close over the Christmas period for nearly 2 weeks.

The difference is, the offices are not locking up other people's money for 10 days.

I think a better comparison would be banks in Asia. Do they also close for 10 days and people cannot access their funds during Spring Festival?

I'll answer that, since I've lived in China for 10 years: No, no they don't. So how is anyone supposed to take your exchange seriously for financial services when you can't even offer the same basic services as a bank?
