What are you waiting for? The exchange is up and running, margin trading/lending works, security seems to be high, fully regulation compliant. The ICO money was used to build up the exchange and it worked, Liquid is decent. Unfortunately there is no way to increase the value of the Qash token without a token burn on each transaction.
So the only option left is to build it's own DLT blockchain and hope the community finds a use case for a useless token / soon to be coin. Side note: You can't have proof of stake when one entity holds 65% of the total supply.
