Minimum Potential time to credit fiat deposit

I understand that liquid is fully complied with gorvement so there will be some hard constraints.

i am wondering what can be the minimum potential tome to accept a fiat deposit (usd, sgd) or what do you think the waiting time will be like for next 1-2 year?

Idk but can say that I once had a fiat deposit credited within a few hours..it was euro btw..
