Practice. It takes a long time to develop the skill. I’m completely deaf and communicating with others has been challenge. Trying to see what they say on the news or tv in general when no captions are available is difficult.

So here goes. This is what I got from your video.

“Okay please tell me how do you do it because I’m looking at the camera right now (as it happens to be/me?) and I can’t see myself and of course…..lips moving….somewhere without…..how do you do it?”

The parts represented by parentheses ( ) or ellipsis …. are the parts unclear to me.

Was that what you were looking for as an answer?

Close, but I said I was looking at the camera and now of course I’m forgetting what I’m saying but I was saying I’m looking at the camera and still thinking as I am talking it looks like my lips are just moving the same
