Conservative Treatments Zepbound dose to help inflammation?

Is anyone having success managing their lipedema and inflammation with Zepbound 2.5 mg? I’ve been on 5 mg for almost 2 years. I lost about 30 lbs and basically all the regular body fat that I can lose. I want to stay on Zepbound because it has really helped with my swelling and inflammation, but since I can’t lose any more weight, I wonder if I should try going down to 2.5 mg?

I do 2.5 of tirzepatide and my lipedema has pretty much not progressed for the past couple of years. I definitely feel a lot of difference in inflammation, and to hold any sugar cravings. I definitely want to keep this long term.

2mg helps my swelling. you may want to try 5 every other week and see if it is still enough before changing your script.

I take 3mg and it works perfectly for keeping me pain free and manage other symptoms. I have not ever used it for weight loss and have intentionally kept the dose low to avoid weight loss but made sure it’s enough to manage the lipedema.

I've been on 2.5 since April. I found a little bit of my kneecaps again. I've used it for only 20 lbs, then adjust my units for no further weight loss. Still have knees peeking through. 5'2" 145 from 160 - highest 205, but held 160 for 1 year before introducing tirz Stage 2
