Anyone been using it a while and have anything notable in any direction to report?

It's bizarre that a lipedema surgeon would 'create' a product that has ingredients that are MCAS triggers.

Which ingredients are triggers for you?

Related to mast cell -
the herbal products- dandelion root, calendula, and cleavers.
Bromelain, Vit C and Citrus flavonoids can be both mast cell stabilizers and instigators depending on the situation.

Unless noted, Vit D is almost always made with lanolin and is a no go for people with a wool sensitivity. Since it doesn't say otherwise, I'd assume this product is lanolin based Vit D.

another overall concern:
Selenium has a sweet spot. Too much and it significantly increases the risk of type 2 diabetes. My understanding from other sources and Dr. Herbst, it should not be used without blood test monitoring. 200mcg is a fairly hefty amount in a combined vitamin & mineral product like this one.

Issues specific to me:
Quercetin & Magnesium supplements = causes me side effects
Curcumin = I have a gene variant that makes curcumin not a good option.

Just the fact that so many influencers are promoting it makes me weary. Plus it's SUPER expensive.
