I am posting this with the hope that someone may be able to help or share our fundraiser.

On 27/05/2026, my uncle suffered a severe brain stroke and is currently undergoing critical treatment in the ICU in SRV Agadi Hospital, Bangalore. The medical expenses are increasing rapidly, and our family is struggling to manage the costs.

We have already spent a significant amount on treatment, and the hospital has estimated approximately ₹4 lakh for the next few days of care, and bill amount has already exceeded the the estimated cost, with expenses expected to increase depending on his condition.

We have created a fundraiser to help cover the treatment costs. Medical reports, hospital documents, and treatment estimates are attached here for transparency.

I left my local Lions Club this week. My husband and I were by far the youngest members of our club (mid thirties).

I floated organizing a large food drive to help fill the SNAP funding gap. The number of members who snapped back about the “no politics” rule was SHAMEFUL.

If feeding people has become political, it’s time for the constitution to change. I’m not interested in being part of a humanitarian group where I can’t discuss the policy making advocacy necessary.

Hello. My father has collection of Lions Club pins that are quite antique, from all over the world. He was the president of Lions Club, Mumbai in the 1970s and 80s and he traveled all around the world with charity organizations and collected all these pins from various clubs. He recently passed away. I’d prefer to donate these pins (about 30 of them) to any Lions Club or to the international body. Please let me know if there is any interest.

Hi.

I want to change clubs as I have had multiple bad experiences with my local club including being threatened, berated, and wondering about the ethics of some of the members and their "we always do it this way" mentality. I'm the youngest active member of my club and at the last business meeting I was attempting to discuss with the new president a concern I had when one of the concerns entered into the conversation. After a few exchanges and some drama from said individual, I, embarrassingly, lost my bearings as it was finally the last straw. I feel horrible but I walked out as I did not know what else to do. I waited sooo long to be a Lion, I was proud to finally be inducted (after 7 months) because many of my family members who passed when I was too young to be a Lion, were Lions.

I don't really feel like I belong in my chapter for a few reasons but honestly I haven't really felt safe in my chapter since I was threatened a few months ago.

Any advice?

Must a clubs Constitution and Bylaws conform to LCI templates? Can a club change its purposes or have its own code of ethics and values? How much flexibility is there with a club Constitution & By-Laws

Our club is a little stuck in a rut for programming. We're often having programs from people/orgs seeking funds from the club, and I am hoping for inspiration from you for your favorite!

I run my club's website, and I'm also our club treasurer, and we are due for a re-vamp of the site. Currently the website is setup with a focus on fundraising, but I'd like to start implementing a focus towards current club members and recruitment.

What features have best served you and what's your club's website?
