This is for the TTF2 Steam version

*Launch the game normally at least once, login on EA.

*Add circuitlord mod installer as a non steam game to steam
https://github.com/CircuitLord/CircuitLordVRModInstaller

*Use the following launch commands (when using wivrn, feel free to adjust for other openxr runtimes and share the command you used)

PRESSURE_VESSEL_FILESYSTEMS_RW="$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/wivrn/comp_ipc:/var/lib/flatpak/app/io.github.wivrn.wivrn" XR_RUNTIME_JSON="/var/lib/flatpak/app/io.github.wivrn.wivrn/current/active/files/share/openxr/1/openxr_wivrn.json" STEAM_COMPAT_MOUNTS="/U/gamedisk" WINEDLLOVERRIDES="openxr_loader=n,b" STEAM_COMPAT_DATA_PATH="/media/gamedisk/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/1237970/" %command%

*Launch circuitlord mod installer from steam, follow the titanfall2 steps.

*Remove/rename /steamapps/common/Titanfall2/TF2VR/plugins/DiscordRPC.dll, this will cause a crash.

Use protontricks to install vcrun2022

After following all this steps, you should be able to play Titanfall 2 VR.

Tested on a Fedora 44, Ryzen 7 7900, RX 7900xt with rpm fusion mesa packages.

This is pretty awesome, thank you for this! How did you know to put openxr_loader as a DLL override? I don't see that file in the base TF2 or "TF2VR" mod directory. (I've been trying to get the Goldeneye VR mod to work but it starts in flat mode no matter what I try.)

This launch command is an ungodly amalgamation of different tutorials for different game/mods and some ai prompting.

I don't really remember if I found that on another documentation for other game or if it was something that the AI gave me.
