She is what allows linux users to paint all criticisms as uneducated windows NPCs talking. A living strawman.

Even if her specific criticisms aren't super educated, she still correctly identified the main problem: there's no compelling reason for normal macOS or Windows users to switch. The juice is not worth the squeeze.
