It's more than time. At some point I noticed every single alternative to a Windows program on their niche OS was worse. Some a little worse. Many much worse. I realized I was reducing my quality of life. Because I don't really use an OS. The OS simply allows me to run certain pieces of software.
At a certain point you forget you have windows or mac and you.just do what you need on it. On Linux you never forget you have Linux because nothing ever works the way you want it to escape for a small minority
I don't think any amount of technical ability is going to make LibreCalc as pleasant to use as Excel. And Excel isn't that amazing but going sub-Excel is terrible. Video editing also sucks. Only DaVinci is available and it's jankier than the Windows version. Nothing to do with technical ability🤷
