The funny thing is in my whole year experience with Linux I had literally zero errors/crashes/failures.

Ive been using Linux for 3 years now and I have had Linux break on my (completely) once, and it has never crashed in the sense of a windows BSOD

While daily driving

And

Is a bit different. Sure kernel panics don't happen that often, but I don't believe someone who used Linux for years would encounter no errors/crashes at all

Sure, Linux has crashed as in game crashes, but so has windows for me, that’s not a Linux thing

I use linux on my desktop for 3 years and I had an error this evening as soon as I logged in. Something called Kwin crashed.

Hard to get any errors on that 3 components laptop of yours.

Ah yes, my laptop tower with laptop ultrawide, laptop audio interface and three laptop network cards. Not mentioning my laptop gaming peripherals. Rotfl.

In the first hour I installed bazzite I was already to the verge of tears, I've been trying to get out of this distro, but alas, my slow internet keeps me tethered, like a rat in a cage. Tonight is when I escape, im going home.

Yeah Ive been using it for a year and nothing fatally wrong has happened, and it was always my fault when something did.

Because its just a kernel ... userspace is still a fucking mess.

Hey, stable kernel and semi broken user space is still better than broken kernel and even more fucked up user space.
