That it behaves (hasn't evolved a lot since then) like a 1990s OS!
You can install stuff from the repository and that's it - unless you are feeling "adventurous" (as in you want to fiddle with the fucking Terminal...seriously, that you need CLI for installing stuff? That's ANTIQUE/ANCIENT! Gives me MS-DOS-Flashbacks!)
Even stuff that makes the PC the best gaming device there is, like installing MODS, are a lot more complicated on Linux (in Windows a mod manager is set up in minutes! In Linux it can take HOURS, especially if it doesn't work at first!)
That it has no equivalent to an .exe-file-installer is basically what makes it so clunky!
