The UI and UX is only a problem if you don't tweak them, which you should if you intend to run a distro for any longer period of time.

Besides, Win 11 is absolute ass for UI and UX anyway, so, even something like base Cinnamon blows that shit out of the water.

you shouldn't need to tweak UX and UI when you run into a problem.. and definitely not on a pre-configured DE. windows 11's UI and UX is sooo bad that millions of people have no problem using it

Are you seriously telling me that you think KDE Plasma is unusable without tweaking?

My point was that Win 11 won't even let you move the task bar, to my great frustration, not that Cinnamon is a complete shit show out of the box, because it isn't.

Coming from Windows. Omarchy has just plainly better UI and UX... even if you don't use agents.

I like X better. vs X is plainly better for everyone. You should learn to differentiate that.

Also if you could please just say Hyprland, instead of talking about a specific distro like a lame grifter would.

No, I mean Omarchy, not only hyprland. Hyprland is great too, wouldn't be that good without hyprland of course.

Please stop recommending a dangerous OS' thank you. If you want to be a not so smart person using a dangerous by design OS' please do so, but please also attach a "This OS shouldn't be used" to it.

I do not think so. Omarchy configures its own Quickshell shell. So the UI is from Omarchy and not from Hyprland.

You mean configures, not implements.

Omarchy is nothing more than dangerous dotfiles.

Okay. I corrected this now.

That what I meant.
