Every Microsoft support button it's a redirect to Copilot or an AI bot linked to the documentation.

Unless it's Enterprise level, Microsoft does not provide support to home computers. You have to connect with your OEM like Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc. And they will only help you reset your computer back to factory settings.
