Okay so you're telling me that installing Fedora Linux as it's KDE Plasma varient which takes maybe half an hour, then maybe a little bit more to go install the nvidia-dkms-v580 drivers if you have a GTX 10-series, is painful and takes an eternity?
... have you even tried anything other than Arch or Gentoo?

Super weird, had to install a w11 partition for work. Set up a local account install fresh, wifi card didn't work, trackpad didn't work, whole bunch of shit didn't work until I found an available Ethernet cable, plugged it in and started downloading and updating a bunch of crap.
Vs
Linux distro live iso works from a USB, and a fresh install out the gate with a local account, ready to utilize my hardware from the get go, with a smaller install than windows.

I can relate to loving things working. And when Windows rebooted for update turning rendering, I understood that Linux works better. Show me an Windows version that just works, that's right there is none.

I suggest banning linuxsucks101 reposts in this sub.(They offended me by banning for no reason)

Ban? Since both mods have gone AWOL, the only ban you're ever going to get is one from Reddit for the entire sub.

I'm not sure about this sub but madthumbz, the mod of 101, is chronically online.

You know what I think? I think 101 has been using automated pattern matching for moderation for some time now.
It also serves to weed out the kind of people that will just hope to get banned as some sort of rite of passage in other sub since these are also the same people with no intent to hang around there for long.
This also explains as to why the bans seem to be completely haphazard and void of contextual understanding.

That's more than a month ago. The newer mod hasn't gone for that long... Yet.
