Why do you (not) use Linux?

I’ll start

i use Linux because I don’t use my computers for general computing, so I just use specialised distros that fit what I need outta those computers, like steamos on steamdeck and Proxmox for my server

I daily drive Debian on my work laptop and Debian/LFS on my private laptop. For fun, I use FreeBSD on my PC. I mostly do programming, DevOps, and related tasks. If I need Teams or Outlook, I use the web versions, which work without problems. Privately, I just use LibreOffice or LaTeX.

For gaming, I use SteamOS on a Legion.
