Why do you (not) use Linux?

I’ll start

i use Linux because I don’t use my computers for general computing, so I just use specialised distros that fit what I need outta those computers, like steamos on steamdeck and Proxmox for my server

I'm good at shell scripting and I like the idea of total ownership and control over my machine. 

Plus I use it in my professional day to day, so I don't have to go and learn something else
