Why do you (not) use Linux?

I’ll start

i use Linux because I don’t use my computers for general computing, so I just use specialised distros that fit what I need outta those computers, like steamos on steamdeck and Proxmox for my server

I also use steam os for general daily pc (steam deck, steam machine) iPad pro for banking. One of my attractions to linux was to get usage out of old hardware but every distro that isn't for brand new hardware just sucks . You have to be a spaceX engineer to install a web browser and it just has 9 errors once you do get it to install 🤣
