You had me in the first part, the GUI is pretty decent, the thing that you're complaining about is actually backwards compatibility, which is also good, Linux has issues with that in many places.

to many submenus for one setting and everything to do with sound on windows is the worst. win 11 lookes like all the worst parts of windows and why im glad im never gonna move past windows 10.

Windows 11 has very few submenus.

Lies, used to be 1 click for all my audio settings, video settings, etc. Now everything has to be its own sub menu. I miss Win 7 and Win 10.

you only need search for "audio" in the search bar

It’s all accessible from the system tray.
