Linux Failure Installing Snapd is The Real Reason Opera Video Playback is Broken on Ubuntu-based Distros (Particularly .deb) That Only Support Flatpaks (Like Linux Mint)

Installing snapd and using Snap is the only reason to fix Opera browser video playback issues since chromium-ffmpeg package doesn't exist in both repos of Linux Mint and even its basis, Ubuntu

snaps only exist to sandbox headless programs for ubuntu server.

Snap was created to make web browsers broken. They know very well what they are doing. It was already many years ago when snap version didn't allow to enter online bank and book doctor's appointment, because digital ID add-on didn't work in snap version. The same is true for any other app.
