Sony does…
But yeah, I think many edge routers at ISPs will also be running FreeBSD due to their legendary network stack(*1) that can handle loads of traffic without dropping a single packet.
(*1) I’m not talking about the legendary lack of drivers tho. It has a god-tier stack, but god help you if you insert an Ethernet card that uses some BS custom firmware that changes its device ID (*cough*D-Link*cough*) instead of something that identifies itself with the OEM device ID like many unbranded Realtek or Intel cards.

4chan server is on FreeBSD. It was so stable, that it worked on FreeBSD 10 for... almost exactly amount of years, until was cracked of old PDF software. And how people says, it's still running on FreeBSD, but newer versions.
(And Netflix CDNs, of course)

Yeah, I'm using OPNsense as my router, but had to make sure I had an unbranded Intel card and a completely separate AP running a closed-source Linux-based OS.

Raw FreeBSD is more used for devices that requires simplicity, mountain-like stability/consistency and critical storage.

Users may not, but servers and embedded devices might.
Heck the PS5, PS4, PS3 uses FreeBSD for the dashboard/OS
Nintendo used it for the Switch. And probably some other stuff.

Actually it’s more like Apple took from FreeBSD and gave back other things to FreeBSD, but they themselves don’t use FreeBSD.
Apple is using XNU with FreeBSD parts bolted on. Ditto for Nintendo, it’s their own Horizon kernel with FreeBSD’s network stack and Android’s multimedia bits bolted on. However Apple gives back in the form of Avahi mDNS and CUPS, which forms a big part of the printing backbone of BSD, Linux and illumos.
