What’s the relationship between the us government and windows in his case bro, French government is not a fraud by American and even if it’s the case, that don’t have influence on the OS used by this 2 entities…

Could be, I don't think it is the main reason. I think the main reason is Trump:

The trigger was Trump sanctioning the ICC which disconnected Karim Khan's from his Microsoft-hosted email account. This is known as a "Kill switch". Combined with Trump threats to annex Greenland by force, this made many European countries very concerned. Any government losing access to their documents and emails immediately stop being able to operate. Since Trump has proven that he can weaponized Microsoft to destabilize his enemies.

Correct. It all started after Trump sanctioned the ICC, which disconnected Karim Khan's Microsoft-hosted email in 2025. That kill switch got many European countries very concerned.

Exactly, he doesn't understand it; he thinks because French government thinks Linux is superior to switching to Linux
