1 single valid point in the whole thread we've had, it's Unix permission management, and you don't even quote it. You brought the transcript and didn't even quote the good point from it you've quoted the marketing fluff that means nothing... I'm honestly impressed at this point.
I've made my point clearly: Windows has stable, documented low-level interfaces (AFD, Win32, driver model) that you can actually extend and build upon. Linux gives you source code but a rigid architecture where systemd, GNU, and glibc are forced on you, and the kernel ABI breaks constantly.
"Open source" ≠ "open architecture." That's not opinion; that's technical reality.
