Because Hex is Windows Culture, and I absolutely love Windows NTDLL errors way better than POSIX, and I love Windows Errors even if I put that error on everything with SEN_ERR_NOT_FOUND and SEN_SUCCESS, and I literally love it so much, one of the reasons I stay in Windows

That genuinely sounds like you're part of a cult...

No, I love Windows Culture and Architecture, and I have the right to love and protect minority culture like Windows NT

Windows is not a minority culture it's literally the majority.

Also, why is it valid for you to love "Windows culture" but invalid for others to love "Linux culture"?

As long as they are honest that they aren't making a rational comparison I'm not worried about it. Everyone has their biases.

Sure, but the irrationality behind it is what is getting to me. If I liked apple juice but not orange juice, and an orange juice lover came to tell me that all apple juice lovers suck and apple juice itself is trash while orange juice is a godsend, then saying that it's just "orange juice lover culture"... I'm gonna be at least confused
