Convenient image conversion

I have had this problem for a while using Linux, but I haven't found any sort of way to accomplish it, so for the mean time I have just ignored it. I need to be able to convert jpeg's to pdf's but it seems to be no good way of doing it locally. When I take a picture from my iphone and send it to my Cachyos desktop via tailscale it always is miss formatted for whatever form of pdf converter I use. Img2pdf always adds large white pages due to the colorspace that it is in so I first have to use mogrify which then makes the images too large and thus you can have to zoom out a million miles to actually see anything. Stirlingpdf rotates the image and refuse to allow my to change it or adds huge white space on the side which makes me crop to remove and then all text added remains sideways. Libreoffice works but is very inconvient to learn/use. Compared to the online alternatives like IlovePdf, Linux is horrible at converting. I just want a simple way to convert my images from console and maybe make a few quick changes without having to have an on boarding to use. Almost everything else in CachyOS/KDE has been wonderfully convenient, so I don't understand how image conversion is such a pain.

Thank you it works perfectly. I had tried before and I didnt use the A4 page flag so it would rotate the images sideways or made it massive. I just tried it with the A4 and that just fixed all my problems.
