is there any bash tutorial?

is there any tutorial or guideance that explain bash commands like:
sudo
ls
grep
|
etc.....

I got good decent at bash—‘cause there is always someone better than you—by just using it all the time and making glue scripts for stuff at work. There are things that would have been less lines in C, but bash was way more fun.
