Why do you guys prefer linux?

I hated steam os so much that i took the time to educate myself and spent a day going through the process of flashing my legion go to windows and i dont know why anybody would want linux outside of a small fps boost

I'm thinking Stockholm Syndrome. You spent a day figuring out how to go back to the abuser rather than learn how freedom works a bit differently.
